Cromwell Christmas Update
Last Saturday 70013 Oliver Cromwell successfully completed three charters in seven days but the rest of its main line Christmas programme has been amended.
The Sussex Belle scheduled for the 21st December, on which 70013 was to substitute for 34067 Tangmere, has been cancelled by promoters RTC.
However, the 'Brit' has been booked for the outward journey of the Christmas White Rose, another RTC charter, from Kings Cross to York. 60019 Bittern (as 4492) hauls the return back to London.
From York 70013 will be taken by road to the Great Central Railway for appearances over the festive season.
