News Main Line Test Run Postponed

Due to gauging issues the planned main line run with no 30777, "Sir



Lamiel" has been postponed. The locomotive will now remain at



Loughborough a little longer.







As a result there will be ADDTIONAL trains this weekend, over and



above the normal timetabled service. Sir Lamiel and the NRM's Class 33



will be working shuttle trains between Loughborough and Rothley from



mid morning onwards. The weather should be good - so enjoy a typical



southern holiday scene (not to mention an usual combination of motive



power) while you can.







The normal ticket prices and discounts apply and one ticket lets you



ride all day. Do take the chance to support this GCR event while you can.
